Cancellation Policy

Deposit refund shall be in accordance with the following different circumstances

1.) If members cancel the trip because of personal reasons:

A. For short trips (shuttle bus as transportation) :

The full deposit will be refunded if members cancel two weeks before the day of the trip

Half of the deposit will be refunded if members cancel one week before the day of the trip

Deposit will not be refunded if the members cancel in less than 7 days before the day of the trip

 

B. For long trips (mainly by plane or train as transportation), the trip organizer will collect a travel deposit as well as plane and train booking ticket fees if guests need us to book it:

The full deposit will be refunded if members cancel two months before the day of the trip and the flight/train ticket fee will be refunded based off of the respective airline/railway companies’ policies.

Deposit will not be refunded if members cancel in one month before the trip day, and the flight/train ticket fee will be refunded based off of the respective airline/railway companies’ policies.

The deposit CANNOT BE REDEEMED for your next trip if it was cancelled by yourself due to any personal reasons.

 

2.) If the trip organizer cancels the trip due to external reasons (such as not enough members signed up for the trip), the full deposit will be refunded to all members once cancellation has been confirmed.
