Case One

Customer: Ivanhoe Grammar School

Date: Late March, 2016

Requirements: 为国际学校高中生安排一次30人左右的一日游活动,需要结合丰富有趣寓教于乐的拓展游戏

Budget of Customer: 预算300 - 400元左右/人

OK,Deal! Project: OK,Deal! 结合客户需求,安排一次苏州有机农庄一日游的活动,内容有农庄寻宝游戏,指压板游戏,有机蓝染,午餐包饺子,在丰富有趣的活动中使得高中学生学习有机农作物的知识,提高团队协作能力


Case Two

Customer:  Prettl Group 

Date: Early September, 2016

Requirements: 公司员工100人左右,要求一个为期三天的旅游拓展活动,住宿要求四星以上,拓展活动要求以趣味性为主,目的提高员工之间的合作沟通能力

Budget of Customer: 客户预算1500元/人左右

OK,Deal! Project: OK,Deal!结合客户需求,设计一个去浙江临安的三日旅游路线,与当地的风景结合,设计出有趣的拓展游戏,包括爬山寻宝,结合古诗词寻找宝物线索,山谷野炊比赛。分组后,根据上一个游戏的名次领取野炊材料:包括铁锅,米,菜,鸡,鱼,各组搭建柴灶,捡拾柴火,在溪水边升火做饭,裁判根据各组做饭时间和口味综合评选获胜小组SUP桨板比赛,与夏季玩水主题相结合赛龙舟活动,考验团队协作能力。


Case Three

Customer: Pimki

Date: Early July, 2016

Requirements: 18人左右,两日的出游,与户外拓展游戏相结合

OK,Deal! Project:  OK,Deal!结合客户需求与夏季的玩水活动相结合,设计出千岛湖皮划艇+自行车定向赛三日游的路线,同时还有丰富有趣的烧烤派对室内游戏以及户外草地游戏,极大增强员工之间的凝聚力和企业认同感。

Step 1: Customers offer general trip requirements, such as destinations, dates, number of members, meals, and others. 

Step 2: Trip organizers offer travel plan proposals and quotations​.

Step 3: The two parties communicate and modify the details.

Step 4: The customers confirm the travel plan, sign a contract, and pay the deposit. The organizer will then book the hotels and transportation.

Step 5: The customer provides the travel members list for buying insurance.

Step 6: Travel services offered for the group.

Step 7: Get customer feedback after the trip.
